Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations received after this date will be treated as follows:
4 weeks prior: Fully refundable
3 weeks prior: Partially refundable — 50% of total invoice
2 weeks or less: Non-refundable
Refunds: no refunds will be issued for non-arrivals.
Substitute attendees are welcome and may be nominated at any time, including at the event registration desk on the day of the event.
MPA Code of Conduct
The MPA Code of Conduct defines the standards of behaviour and conduct expected of members when they attend an MPA meeting or event. All those attending this event will be expected to respect the behaviours and standards of conduct that are defined in the MPA Code of Conduct.
